"tuned out" (system unavailable) keypads

Hi!

Today when we arrived home all of the keypads were blank and in system unavailable mode. The keypads remained unavailable during the entire entry delay timeout period and resulted in the alarm sounding. This has seriously degraded our security system. :cry:

The EnvisaLink is attached to a DCS 1864 system running version 4.23 firmware (this is older firmware).

I need a method to either drastically shorten and hopefully prevent the EnvisaLink module from periodically disabling our system's keypads.

Submit a tech support request from your Eyezon portal. It sounds like your panel is not configured correctly and/or you have troubles on your system. We can only tell from your telemetry.
