Keypad Blanking

I have a EnvisaLink4 on a DSC1616 and 5501 keypads... The pads have been blanked ... Can anyone point me to some step by step to turn them on?
Eyezon Support helped me out on DSC panel the code to unblank your controllers is
*8 (installers code) 016 3 ##
Once I got the installers code from my monitoring company it was easy.
