Are virtual zones supported?

The AlarmDecoder products provide Virtual Zone support, they describe this feature as:

Zone expander emulation and message decoding
Allow an external device on your home automation system to open/close an alarm panel zone


Does envisalink also support this?? If so, how do you do this??

I also would like this feature.

You could consider the following as a workaround. It is possible to have both the Envisalink and AlarmDecoder products connected to a panel at the same time. In theory it might then be possible to have AlarmDecoder add the virtual zone and Envisalink for the rest.

Let me know if you have success with this.
