EVL 4 Boot loop

My EVL4 is set up with a DSC alarm panel. The IP was set to static. The EVL4 functioned well for over 2 years. Most probably after a power outage, it seems to be caught in a boot loop with all LEDS blinking continuously and is not visible on the local network (neither fixed IP, nor another dynamically assigned IP) .
Shorting the pads did not resolve the issue, the LEDs keep on blinking.
Any suggestion to factory reset the module /solve the issue is appreciated.
