We've been able to successfully connect and monitor the 3ds with 2 Vista panels provided that they have a phone line. One of our clients will be terminating their phone line very soon, and we have not been able to get it to work as 'monitored' on the internet at all.
We get the odd 'message' signal come through but nothing else. Could this be due to a programing issue? If so what should we look for?
Are there any other reasons for this other than programming?
