Deactivation

I've done my best to search both the forum and online to no avail so I hope this isn't a redundant question.

I recently purchased a home with a DSC PC1555 security system and an EnvisaLink 4 module. Due to privacy laws in my area, I'm unable to contact the previous homeowner to deactivate the module so I can register it to my own account. Is there any way around this or am I stuck purchasing a new EnvisaLink?

At Eyezon, if you can prove immediate possession and control then the tech support group can deactivate it for you. Submit a tech support request to support@eyezon.com with a picture of the module clearly showing the MAC address and include what city it is currently in.
