Need help with the push notification from the iOS app.

I have everything turned on at the Settings-Notification options.

But still, no push notification.

I receive email notifications, but it’s not as alerting as a push notification to me, because I keep email notification turned off.

Did you allow notifications when you installed the app? If you aren't sure then remove the app and re-install it.

Yes. I even removed the app and reinstalled it, to no avail.

Submit a tech support request from your Eyezon portal under "Request Support"
