Did I fry my Envisalink 4 board?

So I have an Evisalink 4 Honeywell board. I had a static IP and I changed my router and needed to reset the board. As per the instructions, I touched the gold solder pads labelled RST with a tweezer. All the lights went off and never came back on. I was so careful only to touch the 2 gold pads and pretty sure I didn't touch anything else. Is there anything I can do? or did I fry it?

Did you try power-cycling the module? Is there anything hot on the board? Do you still have voltage on the RED and BLK terminals?

Thanks for the response. How would I go about power-cycling the module? I will have to find my multimeter and I can test the voltage.

Remove the red wire for about 5 seconds and then replace.

Awesome, I removed the red wire for 5 secs and replaced, and the lights came back on!
I'm still not sure if the IP got reset because I still don't see it on my network. My AT&T console shows names of devices on my network. Does anyone know what the name would appear?

The NET light has a slow blink, so I guess I still have a static IP.

I followed the instructions here, in the 2nd post. Are these the correct instructions for Envisalink 4?

Or is there a way to keep a static IP and just change it to something on my new network?

Yes, those are the correct instructions for the EVL4. Make sure you completely ground yourself before doing this. A spark could destroy the or even lock it up, as you have seen.

The only other way to turn off static IP is to put your old router back in place, log into the Enivsalink to turn off Static IP, and then you can go to the new router.
