Notifications envisalink 4

I have a Honeywell P 20 with the EnvisaLink 4. I have receive notifications with this set up since day one that I installed it two years ago now It stopped sending notifications for alarms, arm, disarm, and network supervision everything is gone. I use an iPad with Safari to access it or on my iPhone 6S plus with the EyezON app. I checkEd to make sure all notifications are on in both devices nothing has changed as far as I can tell. Did my alarm system do an update that erased all my settings.

I went through all of my settings on my alarm and can’t find what is wrong did a firmware update on my EnvisaLink 4 I’m running version 160 now. Beginning to think they have changed it to where I have to pay for EnvisAlerts Plus to get notifications back.

Submit a tech support request from your Eyezon portal. Our technicians will be able to figure out what is wrong.
