I just purchased a house that came with a DSC PC1616 system.
I ordered and installed a EVL4 today, and have not been able to get any Zone Activity information (zone box grid).

I am able to arm/disarm the system through the Eyez-On portal, and see Recent Events, but cannot see any more info when doors are opened, motion sensors are triggered, or window sensors engaged.

Not sure if this is related but I only have a regular access code. I was not able to get the master code or installers code.

I also have a Telephone Line Trouble warning on the DSC panel (it shows in the Eyez-On portal too). Is there anyway to remove this warning without the master code? The house no longer has phone service.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Are you sure you have any zones?
Can you see any physical sensors in your house?
When you open a door with a sensor on it, does your keypad's green LED turn off and the open zone appear on the keypad?

As for the TLM, you will need the installers code to turn this option off. Can you contact the previous owner and get this? Otherwise you'll have to blank the panel and reprogram from scratch.
