Alarm Offline

I have an odd situation and my alarm is now reading offline. When I check the recent activity in my eyezon app it reads "network supervision fault." My keypads are completely inactive and I can't enter any codes. I'm at a loss as to what to do. The keypad upstairs flashes all three lights and the panel downstairs beeps constantly, stopping for 30 seconds or so every few minutes. I assume the lights and beeping indicate I have power running to the system.

Just prior to the supervision fault I disabled a motion sensor and a door contact by disconnecting them. It was at that point things went offline. The reason for disabling these connections is due to some renovations that we're doing. I reconnected the motion sensor just to see what happened and things remained offline. I can't really reconnect the door contact, but it did have a tiny resistor on the wiring that came off. Not sure if that has anything to do with it, but the line for that contact remains wired to the panel as does the motion sensor.

As a side note, a second motion detector was disconnected a couple of weeks earlier, but the alarm remained active until the scenario mentioned above. This means I now have three zones that are disconnected. Uncertain if that's important, but there it is just in case.

I would appreciate any guidance on what to do to troubleshoot the problem. Please let me know if you need additional info. I have a DSC Power 632 - PC1555MX panel.

Just an FYI for those who may run into a similar issue, I was able to get back online and correct my problem. As suspected, I was correct in assuming this offline mode had something to do with the door contact (and the actual door) that was removed during our renovation. After reading and researching online, I discovered that I needed to reconnect the EOL resistor to the zone line for the former door. In the end I just wired directly to panel and that closed the zone (comm to z2 with the resistor). Still looking for a more permanent solution, but at least I'm back online and the alarm is working!

With respect, the Envisalink showing OFFLINE means it is offline with the Internet. It has nothing to do with a missing EOL resistor.
