I'm just asking out of curiosity: how the cellular alarm/trouble signal travels from the Sidekick to EyzOn monitoring center? It goes through a third party cellular service like Telguard or EyezOn has its own cellular center? Thank you!

The Sidekick communicates directly with the central monitoring station. Unlike clearing house providers like Telguard or Alarmnet, our signals do not need to traverse a third-party network. That is the major advantage of our service over our competitors.
