hello,

I'm trying to find some installation steps for these 2 devices. the only manual I found, on eyezon, is outdated and cannot find anything more recent.

so i managed to do most of the steps, create account beforehand, register mac and connect evl4, but my problem is to activate the card. from the phone app i see the card but I have the error 29. I followed some guide on how to solve this problem, I managed to "complete" the configuration and remove the error 29 message, but when I do that my keypad start beeping fast and loud less than 5min after. I have currently reverted back to the setup not being completed, by disabling the IP/GSM/LRR Setup option and I have the error 29 again. I must point out that I have a basic keypad if it matters, it only show numbers and no icon or any kind of confirmation whenever I do anything.

the odd thing is, I can do a partial arm (system armed without movement sensors) but I cannot disarm it afterward. I also cannot fully arm it either even with the keypad.

any help or link to the up to date documentation would be greatly appreciated.

All the documentation you need is under the HELP tab in your Eyezon portal. It sounds like you found the Honeywell programming instructions which is most of what you need.

From what you describe, it looks like you have LRR/IP/GSM shadowing enabled when you shouldn't. Turn that off and then re-enable *29.

If you still have issues submit a tech support request from your Eyezon portal by going to the Request Support Link.

Do you mean the option is still enabled in the app? because that's the part that confuses me a little, it seems like i can enable it both on the keypad and the app. i will go double check that it is not enabled anywhere (i'm installing this at my in laws).

Thanks
