I have envisalink 4 it up and running but it is EXTREMELY slow at reporting any change in sensor state. I have looked everywhere and can not find a solution to this problem. I even upgraded to your 60$ month play to see if that would improve things. It didn't. Has anyone else had this problem?
Is there a solution?
As of right now its pretty much useless.

Just to close this loop, this customer came into tech support and we explained in greater detail how the app, portal, and TPI work. They didn't realize the difference between reporting zone states to their HA system and what is seen on the Eyezon Mobile app. The app may have a delay of up to 30 seconds to report that a zone is open (just open, not an alarm, alarm are instantly reported), whereas the TPI informs their HA system immediately as it does not use the Envisalerts cloud service.
