Have EVL 2DS on DSC panel. Good internet connection, have test transmission set up for once per month sent to email and SMS. Noticed that some months test transmission failed to send report to email or SMS ??

Submit a tech support request from your Eyezon portal. You probably have PTT programmed and not a standard timer-test.
