Website/Login issues

Hi,

I'm a new user. Have the EVL-4 up and running on a DSC panel. Working nicely for the last week or so. This morning (6am AST) I find I cannot login to the web portal, I receive an error message from Safari mentioning maintenance. I also receive a maintenance error when attempting login via my mobile app on my phone and to check back shortly. I logged into my EVL-4 locally successfully and it shows Server as being "Online".

Are there currently issues with the website? I notice some of the other links from the homepage appear to be not functioning (Buy Now, Contact Us links to name a couple).

There was database migration scheduled for 08:00 UTC that didn't go as quickly as planned.

The Maintenance page isn't an error, it means the portal is down for maintenance. All service was restored earlier this morning (EST). If you are still having issues please submit a tech support request from the Eyezon portal. If you can't log into the portal, email support at eyezon.com
