I am switching to a new phone. I had my old phone app customized for the types of notifications that should be sent. I expected when I would go to the contacts, that I would see my new phone there as a contact and then I could customize it. It is not showing up there. Do I need to do something for the my phone to show up as a contact so I can customize it. It is an android phone and I am at the latest version of the eyezon app.

You will probably need to uninstall and re-install the app. When you are forced to re-login it will create a new contact.

Reinstalling app asks if you want push notifications.

Also, in my case, I had to change my other notifications from ELV3 to DUO to get notified.

Recently, noticed app notifications are much faster than text notification (Verizon).
