EnvisaLink 4 Firmware - Version: 01.02.130

Hi all,

I think my Envisalink is running old firmware, Version: 01.02.130?

I have network connectivity and everything seems stable, but just wondering why my EnvisaLink hasn't updated to the latest firmware? I also don't have an "update" button either?

UPDATE: Ah, the firmware update is at Eyez-On.com and not via the local web interface. I clicked my Home in Eyez-On and see the firmware "update" button.

UPDATE 2: Are Firmware Upgrades sequential? After clicking update, it went from 130 to 131, but I noticed the update button was still enabled on the portal? Do I just keep clicking it until I get to the latest release?

Because your firmware is so old it must be updated via a series of patches so you will see the Envisalink go through intermediate versions before arriving at the current release. You don't have to keep hitting the update but it may take up to 20 minutes to cycle through all the patches.
