App not working , cannot login

Hello from Greece.
I have two houses and two cellphones with the eyezon app monitoring the houses alarm systems. Since this morning the apps do not work and I can't login from a computer or anywhere else . When I try to login in the app I get " wrong credentials" while in the computer i enter username and pass and nothing happens. Thanks for the assistance

I have the same issue. The app is not working. When using the classic login page on portal is telling me that it is down for maintenance.

Is there an ETA for when the portal will be back online?

App still down. I was able to log into portal and see my devices.
Located in Iowa.

All back up now... would be nice to get notified when things are down avoiding us trying to determine if it is my devices.

We notify customers of all planned outages right here on the forum and there wasn't one recently.

The system does undergo maintenance during the night (UTC-5) so you may have just caught the tail end up an update.

Portal updates DO NOT affect the core Envisalerts service which never goes offline. Alerts and Envisalarms service always continue.
