I just got a new ASUS router (which has a new subnet for my local network) and it doesn't see the EVL
I had set up a static IP for the EVL on my prior Netgear router. Can that be the issue?
Help
Thanks

Re: New Router - Can't find EVL
If you have set the Envisalink to have its own static IP, then that is your issue. You will need to do a factory reset. See the SUPPORT tab on your Eyezon portal for the factory reset procedure for your version of Envisalink.
Re: New Router - Can't find EVL
I plugged my EVL2D into my old router, and turned off the "STATIC IP" in the network screen. Plugged into my new router and no luck
it appears that the EVL must be on a 192.168.1.xx network...
is that the case?
My new router sub net work is 192.168.40.xx
???
