New EVL4 - Firmware 01.00.100

I've created an account at EyesOn, put in the last digits of my MAC addr to on-board the device.

Device gets an IP on my LAN, GW and DNS. All lights on solid except ONLINE light which is off.

Can get to web interface and it has time as "2000-00-00 00:00 - System Time"

Packet capture on my router seems to show UDP port 4021 traffic going out, but nothing ever comes back from servers.

Is my firmware too old to onboard ? Any manual firmware process? I'm technical so can work with Serial and JTAG type communications if that helps, but don't have any data on the board to make a start.

You ran your device for too many years without updating to the proper firmware so it looks like your FLASH filesystem is corrupt.

If you are technical enough to set up iptables on your router then there may be a work around. Otherwise, you will need to get a new unit.
