Monitoring station (HSMC) never called
Hi, this morning we had a false alarm while no one was there. The alarm was going off for ~10 minutes. They called the premises, and of course, no answer. They never called the key holders. Our procedure is for them to call the premises then key holders and never call the police. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Why don't you contact us instead? Maybe there is something wrong with keyholder list?
