No push notifications on Android

Today (Feb 22/24) I am not receiving push notification in the Android Eyezon app. It maybe coincidence, but I did get a new phone a week ago. However, the push notifications on not coming on my old phone either which has had no changes. Is there a problem on the back end? I have uninstalled the app. Reinstalled the app and redid the step of the contact (the phone) for push notifications. (I did this twice) Still no push notifications. SMS notifications are working fine. Any ideas?

When you switch phones you need to remove the app from your phone completely to remove the cache. Reboot, and then re-install the Eyezon app.
