Area codes on the EyezOn portal

I have just installed the EVL4 module on my DSC panel, and I am able to access it through the EyezOn portal and app. However, I am not seeing all the zones that I have programmed on my panel. I have 16 zones, but only 8 are showing up on the status grid. How can I fix this issue? Do I need to label the zones on the EyezOn portal or on the local webpage of the EVL4? Do I need to update the firmware or change any settings on the EVL4 or the panel?

As per the Eyezon User Manual, you need to label all of your zones on the portal for it to know about them.
