I have registered an account at EyesOn and successfully onboarded my device by providing the last digits of my MAC address. The device has obtained an IP address on my local area network (LAN), as well as a gateway and DNS settings. All the indicator lights on the device are solid, except for the ONLINE light, which remains off.
I am able to access the web interface of the device, but the displayed system time is shown as "2000-00-00 00:00 - System Time."
In the EnvisAlerts section, the server is listed as 199.63.170.125(E).
I would appreciate any assistance or suggestions to resolve the issue with the ONLINE light not being illuminated and the inaccurate system time displayed.

You are most likely firewalled. Submit a tech support from your Eyezon portal for more assistance.
