Ademco Vista 20P Communication Issue

I can receive all alerts, but I can't "issue" any commands to arm the system (stay, away, instant). Any thoughts on what to look at next? When I issue commands, they show as queued, but never execute. Firmware is current, I tried connecting both via my internal network and the web portal, put my EVL in the DMZ...running out of things to try. Wondering if there is a code I need to enable on my Vista panel to enable?

I figured it out. I saw another post a while back with the same issue. What I did wrong was on the internal network web portal where you assign the keypad address...I didn't read carefully and entered the address of my keypad and not the Envisalink module. I picked an unused address then configured that on my panel and works like a charm. Should have read closer. Hope this helps someone else in the future.
