Lately too many "Network Supervision" emails

I recently installed the Envisalink 3 module to my PC1832 DSC system. Its been working fairly well.
Althought lately there are days where I just bombarded with the "Security Event: Network Supervision Restore" or "Security Event: Network Supervision Fault" emails.
I know its not my ISP/Cablemodem because I work from home and on an IP phone fairly heavily and dont notice any issues. I also have logs of my cable modem to show when it resets or loses connectivity and dont see that.
Is this an issue on the Envisalink side (like me not being able to talk to the Envisalink server cause maybe the route has an issue or the Envisalink server is down)?
