Greetings.... My apologies in advance if this has been discussed before, I searched but couldn't find it. I have a Duo which was installed some time ago and never had the need to arm/disarm while on LTE backup. Today my Internet was down and I needed to arm the system but couldn't do it because the system was on LTE backup. Isn't arming/disarming available with LTE? What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Yes, if you are on the full LTE plan. If you are on the LTE light (level 1), then you can only get notifications.
