Envisalink 3 with Home Assistant disconnecting (TPI)

I am getting periodic disconnects and immediate re-connects (TPI) with Home Assistant and the Honeywell set-up. I had this issue a couple years ago and Envisalink was nice enough to help me try to figure out if it was a problem with the EVL-3 and we concluded the EVL-3 was fine, which I agree with. At that point, I gave up, as no one could figure out what the issue was and other people posted having the same problem with no solution.
For many years, I've used the EVL-3 with an integration on Smartthings and it's 100% dependable, rock-solid and never disconnects from the TPI. Quite the opposite with the Home Assistant integration. I'd like to get this to work and was wondering if anyone else out there has had a similar issue and figured out what the problem was with the settings, etc. I know there are a few parameters, such as keep-alive, but that has no impact on this issue.
