Monitoring Gone?

Hi. I tried calling and emailing Eyezon about having my system monitored using my EVL4, but the phone number doesn't work and the email bounced back. What's up?

What email and what number are you calling? For tech support use the "request support" tab from your Eyezon portal. For telephone enquiries you can call 647-503-3400. For general email enquiries use
enquiries@eyezon.com.

I've sent emails to both
support@eyezon.com and
enquiries@eyezon.com and have received notifications that both addresses are undeliverable. Why can't I reach you?

You would need to talk to your ISP as something is very wrong on your end.
You can always use the Request Support tab from your Eyezon portal if your ISP is blocking emails to us.
Regardless, you don't call or email to have monitoring, you use the "Sign Up Now" link from your Eyezon portal under Services. Scroll down to Envisalarms and select the Sign Up Now option. Everything is done on-line.
