New user and still wading through all the information so forgive me if this super basic and well covered, i just can't seem to find the answers on my own

I have recently replaced my old interlogic board with UNO IP Hybrid and while I'm still working out a few minor kinks, for the most part its working great.

Was thinking about adding a few wireless accessories and what i'm still unclear about is, will Solo contacts work directly, with the UNO IP Hybrid board ( without requiring a separate hub) ?

If not, would a 5500RF keypad act as a hub if i were to add one of those to my system? The 5500RF description says it comes with a built in receiver that supports the Solo accessories so I assume that means it will act as, and take the place of, an actual dedicated Solo hub , but i don't see that definitively stated anywhere.

You need at least one "receiver" on your UNO system in order to use either our SOLO sensors, or DSC 433 sensors.

The UNO has an expansion header where you can install an UNO433RF board. If you add this then the panel itself can receive wireless signals from wireless sensors.

As well, you could buy an UNO5500RF keypad which has built-in RF receiver and use that. The advantage of getting the RF keypad is that you can install it anywhere in your house if you require better reception. You can also add multiple UNO5500RF keypads to create a "mesh" wireless network to achieve maximum coverage.
