UNO Touchpad App logs out weekly

I have 2 touchpads set up running the Latest APK for UNO Touchpad App (Version 1.3.2).

Everything works fine for the most part except for a couple things that are slightly odd and downright annoying

the odd is often in the morning the chime doesn't always work right away, almost like it needs to warm up or something. So in other words I can walk downstairs, disarm the alarm on the keypad, go open a door, and get no chime. I know it's not my sensor because i can go on the portal and see that it is or was opened. I can open and close a couple things and get silence. Then a little later, without doing anything, everything chimes as expected whrn opening and closing. It doesn't just happen in the morning, but that seems to be the most common time

the other thing and the annoying issue is that my touchpads will often get "disconnected" from the alarm and i have to close the app completely and relog in. This happens approx once a week. I have tried running the touchpad app inside the Fully Single App kiosk as well and it doesn't seem to change anything. The other odd thing is USUALLY both touchpads disconnect at the same time, or maybe it's more accurate to say when i notice one needs to be reset the other does as well, but that's not always the case either.

Is this unique to me and my setup or have others encountered ( and hopefully solved) this issue?

I will forward your issues to the engineering group but we have nothing in our tech support DB that matches this behaviour. You might as well log a support ticket for this as it may be specific to your setup and we'd need to see what is going on with your account.

You can create support tickets from your Eyezon portal by going to the Support tab and then select "Request Support".
