I have two EVL4HW boards. I noticed today one is at firmware version 214, while the other is at version 213. Does anyone know what changed in 214? Also how do I get the other board to update to the latest firmware. I thought when I oringinally installed these several years ago, the firmware could be updated through the web interface, but now I don't see that option. Thank you.

The same firmware is used for many different variants of the EVL4 and sometimes updates don't apply to your version. This is the case with you. Version 214 applies only to customers using the product in SA (Standalone) mode.

Both of my alarm panels are set up the same way with the same EVL-4EZR boards purchased at the same time back in 2018. Until now, they have always updated to the same firmware version. When was version 214 released? I don't understand why only one board received the update.

For what it is worth, I just had to reboot the board on version 213 because it didn't follow the DST change.

Submit a tech support request and we can tell you when the firmware was updated.
