I'm looking to upgrading my Vista 20p panel with an Eyezon / Envisalink Duo with LTE.
I will primarily be doing self monitoring with some home assistant automations, but I want central monitoring too with LTE backup. The Duo is a great tool that will check all of those boxes.
The only thing I am not sure about... Can I use a service like alarm gird with the Duo or do I have to use the EyezOn monitoring?

Hi, Alarm Grid is not one of our monitoring partners. If you are in the USA our partner is HSMC and in Canada our partner is Northern911.

Are there plans to add Alarm Grid or other popular monitoring services as partners in the future, or will HSMC and Northern911 remain the exclusive options for the USA and Canada?
