EVL3 & HomeAssistant configuration

Hello, I have an EVL3 connected to a DSC alarm with 7 zones (if i understood it correctly). I need some help configuring the integration in HA. I successfully managed to authenticate and create an integration in HA, but do not know the proper syntax.
This is how it looks in the Eyezon GUI:
