unable to login to UNO IP board at its ip address with username of: user
and password as the last 6 of the MAC. ive tried all upper and lower case. no Colon separators.

is there a way to reset this board and login with the default password?

Did you update your UNO's firmware. The default password only works after its initial update.

After that you can reset the password from your Eyezon portal under Settings->Actions->Reset <device name> Local Password
