Vista 20P + Envisalink 3 / Zone 32 reporting problem

Hello,

I'm facing a problem with the email/text reporting of zone 32. Within the web interface zone 32 will be shown correctly with the description, but email text alert will say "no entry" and then "zone 64 alarm".

Zone 31 & 33 is working fine.

Is there anyone else having the same problem with zone 32?

If the panel reports a zone greater that 64 it is capped at 64. Ademco sometimes lists a zone that is in th 90's to represent some other condition. Send all your details to tech support and we can confirm this.

Hi,

My alarm panel Vista 20P reports zone 32. Also the Envisalink web interface reports status of zone 32 including the description.

The problem is with the email/txt function. Here Envisalink sends out Zone 64 Alarm or the description you put under zone label 64.

I'm avoiding zone 32 for right now.

I'm getting another EVL-3 for a customer which I will set up within the next 3 weeks. Lets see how it works there.

I have the same issue. Zone 32 is set up as a zone type 08, 24-hour Auxiliary Alarm. When triggered I get a text that says:
Event: Zone 64 Alarm

I came across this bug today. It is a known bug and is to be fixed in an update tonight I was told from support.
