I've registered my Envisalink 3 but for some reasons when I'm login to my accounts it shows "No Active Devices". When I logon to my local Envisalink 3 it shows it connected to the server, but EnvisAlerts Status shows Not Subscribed and EnvisAlarm Status shows Offline. Thanks in advance for any helps.

You forgot to activate your device on your account. That is what "Not Subscribed" means.

According to your own status report, no where is it showing the EnvisAlerts Status as "Not Subscribed"! The only place the status is showing "Not Subscribe" is the EnvisAlarm Status. Maybe I'm confused...did you subscribe to EnvisAlarm Monitoring? Your current Status page is exactly the same as my functioning EnviLink 3.

I have try to activated 3 times and every time I get this message "The Device is Already Activated On Your Account. If You Continue To Experience Problems Please Contact Us For Assistance"

Oh dear, I had a brain f**t. Yes his unit is online.
