Events List vs. Zone Activity

Hello all,

I have programmed the names of all my zones within the Eyez-on website. I am getting perfect email alerts, tell me the full name and (opened or closed) of the particular zone in question. However, when I look at the zone activity, I am only get some of the zones to tell me what they are and others just say that a particular zone is open, etc. but not the name I programmed. Any resolution to this? Also, looking at both the mobile website and regular website, I noticed that the numbered zones remain red for quit some time. My point is if you are away from the alarmed location and you need to see what, if anything is open, it is very difficult to tell with the current setup.

Regarding the missing labels, send your details to esupport@eyezon.com. Screenshots as well.

As for why zones stay red, you have discovered one of the best features of Envisalerts. Zone Ageing. It's in the FAQ.
