Envisalerts Server offline?

My remote monitoring of my Envisalink 2DS has stopped working since a "Network Supervision Fault" a few nights ago. I can ping the server IP 184.106.215.218 sucessfully and arm my alarm system from my PC on the same network. I've tried re-registering on the eyez-on site, but it says I'm already active. This device has worked flawlessly for over a year. Has the free IP monitoring ended for this device? Thanks in advance for your help, John.

Have a look at the FAQ. You either have a firewall issue or a DNS issue

As it turns out, I had the network parameters for the Envisalink 2DS set to static, which worked fine until I had to change the IP address of my wireless router since it was the same IP as my upgraded cable modem. Trouble is it took a few days after that change for this problem to appear. It’s working fine now and I’ve left the static box unchecked.
