Can't get new EVL-3 working with Vista20p

I followed the instructions and setup online, powered down the system, connected it, unit turns on except the KEYB does not light up. OPER flashing, LINK green, ACT flashes red. I checked wires and even used a different set with no luck.

I can access the device through the local web page and it shows an old firmware, it that a problem?
Firmware Version: 01.07.88
I have a simple setup, Vista20p, Tuxedo Touch Panel, 6150RF, 4229 Zone Expander. 1 Partition.

Can someone help me? Whenever I enable LRR the alarm beeps and just reports the fault.

Is your module communicating with your server? Have you read the FAQ?

If your module isn't updating its firmware then there is some networking issue preventing this from happening. You can find most of what you in the FAQ.

So, it was a Typo on the MAC address when I added (...and readded) the device to me eyez-on account.
