how to send commands from envisalin 3 to vista 20p?

I am newbie and have a vista 20p and envisalink 3 up and running...but how do I send commands?

Are you able to arm and disarm yet? If not, then you probably didn't follow this set of instructions specific to Honeywell panels (I also have a Vista 20p):
