Network down reporting... too long

I have an Envisalink 3 and I know Eyez-On is suppose to inform me if it detects my network to be down. I have tested this in the past by unplugging my DSL line for a looong time and it did seem to detect it. Recently, I had to unplug my DSL a couple times to change out a cable. During both of those times, I was not notified by Eyez-On. I was down for maybe 2-4 minutes each time, but I received no emails. Does anyone know how long my Internet connection need to be down before Eyez-On tells me about it?

Network supervisory messages are sent when there is no network traffic from your module within a period of 10 minutes and are sent immediately.

Thanks for the reply! I have more comments to make, but I will do so in the other post, so it wouldn't be a duplicate discussion. Thanks again!
