second envisalink wont work

I have been trying to get a envisalink working in my shop. i currently have one in my home and it was an easy set up. took only a few minutes. I had installed the new device into my alarm, all lights were reporting as they should but the house shows grey and I cannot get the account to activate. I removed it and put it in my home alarm, still nothing. I set up a new email and a new account as a new user and after an hour it started working. So I deleted that account and tried to enroll it as a second device with my origional account. Its still awaiting activation. Any idea why?
