on EVS-3

i am getting a ZONE 64 (PARTITION "0") alarm, even when the system is NOT armed. also when it is armed. only happens occasionally. there is no sensor or device on zone 64 and partition "0" is the ademco device. we called ademco and they said the an alarm on partition "0" has to be coming from the eyes-on device. WHAT DO I DO? WHAT WILL YOU DO? WHAT CAN WE DO? …. to correct this problem.

NOTE: This user also sent an email to support and was answered there. For the benefit of others I'll descibe what is happening.

Parition 0 means "System Partition" which kind of means no partition at all. The Ademco panels send a 0 when nothing else is applicable. DSC does the same but this can also mean a "Common" partition. Ademco (Honeywell) is incorrect if they told the user they don't send an event with partition 0.

This user's alarms where Expansion Module alarms and the panel labeled the zone as 100 and as we only support 64 zones at that time, the alerting server just sent Zone 64.
