Can't get commnd 032 to work through TPI

I'm using the Envisalink 3 TPI to control my DSC PowerSeries system. I can successfully arm the system using either command 0301 (arm-away partition 1), or 0311 (arm-stay partition 1).

However when I try to use command 0321 (zero entry delay arm partition 1), it does not arm the system at all.

I do get the command acknowledgement 500032 back from the TPI, so I know the command goes through, but then nothing else. When I try it, the keyboard on my DSC system says "Programming" on the display for about 15 seconds or so, then goes back to not-armed. I am able to put the system into zero entry delay using the keypad, so I know the DSC can do it.

My Envisalink 3 firmware version is 01.09.111.

Something I'm missing? Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

Could anybody else verify that this command does or does not work for them?

I'm not an expert here but do you have to enter a user code to enter zero-entry delay on the keypad?

If you can post your full command with the checksum I can test it on my system, e.g.: 02011F4 for activate PGM 1 on partition 1

Hi Rusty,

I can confirm that this does not work. I am on version 01.09.111 of the firmware.

When I attempt to use this command I receive a response of 680 which is the installers mode command response.

Did you have any luck getting it to work?

Would any of the EYEZ-ON guys be able to comment on this?

Cheers

Sorry, we don't monitor this forum very often.

It looks like there is a bug here. What's happening is you are getting a 680 command when you should be getting a 900.

It will be fixed in the next release.

This firmware is in final QA. It should be released this week.
