Question on Envisalink 3 remote arm/disarm function

Hi, this is Danny and I am new to this product and forum. I am trying to set up a demo at our office for the customer, I have followed the installation guide from envisalink 3 and honey well, however the remote arm and disarm function didn't work for us. Here is the steps I did in the testing:

1. register the pro account
2. create a customer log in for testing then assign the module to the account
3. selected Envisalink 3 Honeywell (my panel is vista 15)
4. connect the module to the panel and turn on the power
5. follow the Vista-10/15/20/21IP Programming
5. assign keypad address 20 for the module and made sure it match the setting on the Envisalink 3 home page

I have double checked the setting from the guide, I can see the panel status on the web but I couldn't control it at all. I should have done something wrong maybe? please guide me through, thanks !!

oh btw my Envisalink 3 module firmware is 01.09.111A

What are the lights doing on your envisalink module?

OPER flashing slowly
ACT flash only when I log into the local web page

Are you able to control it via the local web server?

No I can`t control at all, there is an option for arm but nothing happened. I just tested the unit with a DSC 1555 panel and it works perfectly, so at least I know the module is working.

Hmm....well I'm stumped

Do you have another Vista panel you can test it on?

I think I will try it on a fresh panel to make sure to remote function first tmr

Do you have another keypad at address 20?

Email support with your MAC and we can interrogate your module.
