I have a Vista 15 system. For some reason I'm now unable to set my alarm via website. The Partition 1 shows "busy". I rebooted and have tried just about everything. I have tried different Keypads programming like 190 and 193. Still the partition shows busy, Any help anyone?

Did you add or remove anything when this started happening? Did you double check your wiring? Go to the local web server and make sure you have your EVL on the correct partition and keypad address. Sounds like you might have to email support as they will be able to help you better

Is your alarm disarmed in a ready state? Did this happen after you tripped an alarm?

I have trip the alarm several times. I get the text messages when ever a exit door is opened or closed. So I'm getting communication but I don't show a connection in order to alarm or disalarm system.

When you trip an alarm you have to disarm it twice in a row in order to put the system back in a ready state

It shows Partition 1 busy, choose command:
Off
ByPass
Toggle
Test
Code
Max

Should I use any of these commands to get system ready again?
