Times are off by an hour in both the portal and the emails that are sent out.

local web portal reports time as:

2013-04-03 13:06 - System Time

Recent activity in the portal reports times that are off by an hour (actually happened at 8:54am):

Had the same problem today and time zone was correct. Had to change time zone in eyez-on website setting to something else, save, then change it again to the first and correct one ans save. Now time is ok on website and on keypad.
