Moving Envisalink to a new network/modem : instructions?

Hello All,

Just had a new modem/router installed for Bell Fibe this week.

I am currently using the envisalink plugged into a powerline adaptor on my old network.

Would like to connect to the Sagemcom router/modem.

Is this possible without resetting the envisalink i.e. all my zone info text number and other info that took me hours to configure ?

If you do not have the EVL set for a static ip all you have to do is after you connect it to the new router pull the red wire going to the EVL and plug it back in, this causes the EVL to look for a new ip via. DHCP. Nothing else required....you will not lose any data.
